Digital Iron Group

DIG is an intelligence and advisory platform built for the decision-makers at the top of the heavy equipment and agriculture industries. Not a trade publication. Not a general industry blog. We produce the kind of analysis, data, and structured frameworks that help the right people make higher-quality decisions faster.

Our Mission

To raise the quality of decision-making at the top of the heavy equipment and agriculture industries — by building the intelligence infrastructure that serious operators, strategists, and capital allocators actually deserve.

The Team

Jon Rossi

Co-Founder
Jon brings over a decade of experience in heavy equipment distribution, dealer operations, and capital markets. He has worked across the OEM, dealer, and investor ecosystem and founded DIG to bridge the information gap that has historically fragmented these stakeholders.

Brian Giamo

Co-Founder
Brian has a background spanning equipment finance, dealership management systems, and technology go-to-market strategy. His operating experience inside dealer groups gives DIG a grounded perspective on what practitioners actually need from intelligence and software platforms.

Mo Hamid

Co-Founder
Mo brings a technology and venture background to DIG, having worked with early-stage companies building software for industrial and agricultural markets. He leads DIG's product and technology efforts and its engagement with the startup and investor community.

What We Stand For

Practitioner First

We are building for the people who operate in this industry every day — not for observers.

Signal Over Noise

Every piece of content and data on DIG is curated for relevance. We do not publish for volume.

Structured Access

DIG's frameworks — for pilots, software evaluation, and deal intelligence — give structure to decisions that are usually made informally.

Transparent Outcomes

Pilot results, software evaluations, and market data are published with methodology. No black boxes.
